Return & Refund Policy

At Article Clothing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Window

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
All original tags must still be attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
We only sell brand new products — returns must be in the same condition

We Do Not Accept Returns For

Items that have been worn or washed
Items without original tags
Items damaged by the customer

Return Label: Customer's responsibility

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days [Mon–Sat]. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: original delivery charges are non-refundable.
